Roofing - What is the "best" type of roofing for my roof?

This is a difficult question. It depends on various factors which can be simply generalized. You should consult a roofing professional on the account of your circumstances. Fundamentally we are well consulted with a natural product like clay tile or slate. These products distinguish themselves by longevity and elegance. They offer the optimal protection for your building. Today, clay tile becomes in nearly all colors, from the natural sound color up to the fashionable green color. Clay and slate are more expensive than concrete roof stones or roof shingles, but their benefits of connectivity outweigh the price difference by far. If you need something light, you can use fibber cement slates or asphalt shingles. The concrete roof stones also represent a reasonable alternative, particularly in the new multifamily buildings. For flat roofs bitumen sweat roads or sealing folios may be applied. Among many alternatives, the idea of a green roof is a great and highly demanded choice.
